MONTE TRE CARLINI | Negroamaro I.G.P. Puglia
Grape: 100% Negroamaro
Production area: Itria Valley, 450 mt above sea level.
Soil: Mixed calcareous clay.
Vinification: Gentle maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by a long maceration, 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. The process is completed by aging in bottles for 6 months.
Tasting note
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues;
Bouquet: fruity with hints of blackberry, cherry and plum, with spicy notes of cinnamon and coffee;
Taste: dry, soft and lingering, round and harmonious tannins.
Food pairings: Its strong tannins make it suitable to accompany meat dishes or full-flavoured and elaborate pasta dishes.
Serving temperature: about 16°- 18°C
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
